ORII is a contemporary matcha and wellness brand with locations in Munich and Stuttgart.

Inspired by Japanese craftsmanship and modern culture, we're building a new kind of wellness destination – bringing together ceremonial matcha, functional drinks, food, design and everyday rituals.

As ORII continues to grow, we're looking for a Working Student – Social Media & Content Creation (m/f/d) to help shape how our brand comes to life across Instagram, TikTok and beyond.

YOUR ROLE

You'll work closely with the founders and become part of ORII's day-to-day brand world.

Your focus will be on creating content that people actually want to watch, save and share.

You will:

• Create photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok and other social channels
• Film and edit Reels, TikToks and short-form videos
• Capture everyday moments, new products, launches, events and behind-the-scenes content
• Develop creative concepts and recurring content formats
• Create and publish Stories
• Keep an eye on trends, sounds and emerging formats
• Support our content calendar and social media planning
• Engage with our community
• Analyse what performs and continuously develop new ideas
• Help evolve ORII's visual and social media presence

WHO YOU ARE

We're less interested in the perfect CV and more interested in your taste, creativity and understanding of social media.

You:

• Have a strong visual eye and a natural feeling for aesthetics
• Understand Instagram and TikTok beyond simply using them
• Know what makes people stop scrolling
• Enjoy filming, photographing and editing content
• Are familiar with tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Lightroom or similar
• Follow trends across food, wellness, beauty, fashion, design and culture
• Work independently and proactively
• Have lots of ideas and aren't afraid to try them
• Have very good German and English skills
• Are currently enrolled at a university

Experience in social media or content creation is a plus – but your portfolio matters more to us than years of experience.

As ORII continues to grow, we're looking for a Matcha Barista & Store Team Member (m/f/d) to join our team at our Munich store.

YOUR ROLE

You'll become part of the daily life at ORII and help create the experience our customers associate with our brand – from the first interaction to the final drink.

Your focus will be on preparing our drinks and food with care, welcoming our customers and making sure the store runs smoothly throughout the day.

You will:

• Prepare and serve our matcha drinks, coffee, functional beverages and seasonal specials
• Prepare selected food, smoothies and grab & go products according to our recipes and standards
• Welcome customers and create a warm, attentive and relaxed experience
• Help customers navigate our menu and recommend products
• Maintain ORII's quality standards across drinks, food and presentation
• Make sure the bar, preparation areas and store are clean, organised and well stocked
• Support opening and closing routines
• Keep an eye on stock levels and communicate when products or ingredients are running low
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations, especially during busy periods
• Help bring new products, seasonal launches and collaborations to life in store

WHO YOU ARE

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality and takes pride in creating a great experience for others.

You:

• Are friendly, open and genuinely enjoy interacting with people
• Have experience in hospitality, gastronomy, cafés or food & beverage – ideally in a fast-paced environment
• Work confidently, efficiently and calmly, even when things get busy
• Have a hands-on mentality and naturally see what needs to be done
• Care about details, cleanliness and consistent quality
• Enjoy working as part of a team and contribute to a positive working atmosphere
• Are reliable, punctual and take responsibility for your work
• Have an interest in matcha, food, wellness, nutrition and modern hospitality
• Have good German and English skills

Previous barista or matcha experience is a plus – but more important to us is that you're motivated to learn and care about quality.

Stuttgart / Remote | Freelance | Flexible hours

As ORII continues to grow, we're looking for a Freelance B2B Sales & Partnerships Manager (m/f/d) to help expand our wholesale business and bring ORII to selected cafés, restaurants, hotels, retailers and hospitality concepts.

YOUR ROLE

You'll work closely with the founders to actively grow ORII's B2B network – from identifying the right partners to outreach, relationship building and closing new accounts.

This isn't about mass distribution.

We're looking for someone who understands our brand and can identify the places where ORII genuinely belongs.

You will:

• Identify and research potential B2B partners across Germany and selected European markets
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline of cafés, restaurants, hotels, concept stores, retailers and other hospitality partners
• Proactively reach out to potential partners via email, LinkedIn, phone and your existing network
• Introduce ORII, our matcha portfolio and our wholesale offering to prospective partners
• Qualify inbound B2B and wholesale enquiries
• Coordinate samples, tastings and product introductions
• Follow up with leads and guide potential partners from first contact to order
• Build long-term relationships with our wholesale partners
• Keep track of leads, conversations and opportunities
• Share market feedback and identify new opportunities for ORII's B2B business
• Help us continuously refine our wholesale proposition as we grow

WHO YOU ARE

We're looking for someone who combines a strong commercial mindset with a genuine understanding of brands, hospitality and relationships.

You:

• Have experience in B2B sales, wholesale, business development or partnerships
• Ideally have an existing network within hospitality, food & beverage, retail, hotels or wellness
• Feel confident approaching new businesses and opening conversations
• Know how to turn an initial contact into a long-term commercial relationship
• Are organised, persistent and comfortable following up
• Work independently and proactively
• Have a strong feeling for brands and understand that the right distribution matters as much as growth itself
• Are interested in matcha, food, hospitality, wellness and contemporary consumer brands
• Communicate confidently in German and English
• Experience within premium food & beverage, hospitality or lifestyle brands is a strong plus.
